Windows 7 Update Rollup

It's the update rollup we have, not the service pack we wanted.  Like many I rejoiced upon hearing of the recently released Windows 7 update rollup.  I have found that it is not as cut and dried as running this update on a fresh install.  On the handfull of fresh Windows 7 SP1 installs I have done in the past couple of weeks I have found that there are a couple of other updates that must be installed first.  First you must install the latest windows update agent. Second you must install the April 2015 service stack update. I have found that a reboot between each update works best, but shouldn't be absolutely necessary.  Once those two updates are installed you can then install the update rollup.  Once you reboot after installing the rollup you may see a couple of processes hogging the cpu, but it should go away after a few minutes.  I have had one computer where it was stuck at 100% cpu and had to be reinstalled, but 1 out of 10-12 isn't too bad.
